3wks ago bought my gawjuss Chilli! Linda behind the desk at the MOT centre has been an absolute superstar at answering questions before my purchase & after sales care, along with John who has been 100% on hand who dealt with the sale as effortlessly as could possibly be, had to pop back for fuel filter service last week, Jason, Lewis & Gordon in the workshop got it sorted in no time at all, while Linda putting the kettle on so i could have a cheeky brew! A good buy

About 8yrs ago we bought a 2009 volvo V50 from Brook car sales. The car is with us and nearing 200.000 miles. When we bought it there was a small problem which was sorted out with no problems. Service was excellent.

Jason and his team are fantastic. Purchased a Mini Cooper D here at end of August'23 with full MOT and 6 months warranty. Its Fantastic. There was no sales pressure from Jason. I test drove the car several times to make sure it was the right car for me. Any niggles I had were smoothed out by Jason before I settled on buying it so I had piece of mind. Had an engine light come intermittently several times and ran it into the garage, they put it on diagnostics identified the fault and booked it in. Not sure I’ve ever trusted a garage more! Having just bought a new car from these guys, I was disappointed to have an engine fault the following day after I collected it but - these guys were so attentive, completely reassuring that they’d get it sorted and extremely kind to both myself and my 4 year old when we waited for the courtesy car. We all know that things go wrong from time to time, it can’t always be helped - it’s about how it’s dealt with that matters. I honestly felt so looked after - these guys know what they’re doing and clearly care that you get what you pay for. Big, big thanks to the whole team. We recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Brooke Motors and I have to say from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Fantastic customer service from B.M.C. I bought a Freelander 2 six months ago, an excellent car which I love. Having always wanted a Honda CR-V and scouring the adds for a long while. Brooke MOT centre came up with the car a 2013 crv finished in Twilight blue. It was as described in the add and Jason went the extra mile with the best price for my Ford C-Max and allowing me to try my caravan on the tow bar to make sure everything was ok. He also told me the car needed and would have a new clutch included in the deal along with a warranty and when we called with a problem on our first trip away he was available to point me in the right direction when the tyre deflation warning came this being due to me altering the presssures to tow my caravan Thanks once again Jason and the team at Brooke MOT centre for your help another satisfied customer

To put it this way, the drive to Norwich for us was a 600 mile round trip and I had only recently gone through back surgery meaning I was in a fair amount of pain, but we still left with smiles on our faces. I purchased a Hyundai i20 in November 2021. The service I received was second to none. Emanuel showed us the car, I was taken for a test drive and allowed to drive the car back to the centre. I picked up my car a few days later it had been serviced valeted and Diesel put in the tank. So, so pleased with the service I received. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

I bought my car in November 2021, it had a Three month warranty. I had a problem this week when the engine light came on. I visited today 18th Jan 2022. In no time at all my car was tested the problem discovered and quickly remedied. I cannot recommend this company enough, from purchasing my car to sorting what turned out to be a small problem the service was brilliant. Thank you Jason and team you are amazing.

Great experience! Friendly, trustworthy guys that looked after us when buying the car. They were honest and knew what they were on about at the time of the sale. The car has been reliable throughout the year with no issues after 15,000 miles were added. Happily returned a year later for the annual M.O.T & service. Will see again next year :)

After seeing the 911 advertised on Autotrader, I contacted Emanuel and he reserved the car for me and took it off for sale. if you are looking for a fancy showroom or sales staff that that give you the same old car sales man chat, then this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for qualified staff that do everything to give you that special service and deliver good quality care then this is the place for you. I recently bought a car off them and because of the distance I was away from them no effort was too much for them that the car was in perfect condition for me. I was collected from my hotel and after seeing the car for the first I was really pleasantly surprised of the condition of it. It was really clean and runs like a new car. Even on the collection day we had the fuel crisis and the droves miles to the coast to find a petrol station that had fuel and then even had to wait 1,5 hours in a queue the fill my tank so I could drive home. I have bought many cars in my long life bur never had service like this and cant recommend them enough.

I bought a 2013 Range Rover from Brooke, the service was first rate even though Emanuel was very busy with people dropping into the dealership on a casual basis. Every effort was made to make me and all the other people feel as we were his only customer, giving you the information you required. This type of good old fashioned customer service is not something you find much of these days, couple that with the no pressure sales technique and you have a very pleasant car buying experience, Now that's something that is almost impossible to find as profit and turnover is put before everything. Yes Brooke want and need to make a profit but a happy customer who will return to buy anther car from them is very high on their list of priorities, Well done Emanuel and Brooke. I will definitely be back to buy another car from you in the future.

Bought a car from Brooke MOT Centre back in October 2020, it came with a free service, MOT & 3 months warranty which was great. Had a few small issues but due to covid regulations they could wait. Agreed to drop my car off in March 2021 (the issues occurred within 3 months) however they were accommodating. Picked it up a week later all sorted! Emanuel great point of contact, always got back to me and answered the phone / email whenever even on a weekend! Lauren really helpful too.

Truly went the extra mile

Just called into Brooke MOT centre on the off chance they could help me. I had no appointment but my son is taking his driving test tomorrow in his car & I’ve discovered the rear windscreen washer wasn’t working properly. Despite being run off their feet busy the owner took time to look & find out the problem & sort it out. It only took 20 minutes but it was 20 minutes he couldn’t really spare! This is the kind of service you used to get 20 years ago, proper customer care & nothing is too much trouble. He didn’t even want the cash I offered as a grateful thanks. Absolutely outstanding service both today & in the past when I’ve been here. Can’t recommend enough. Lady drivers can come here in confidence knowing they won’t be ripped off or told misleading facts.

Car purchase, Skoda Yeti

We'd been looking for a Skoda Yeti for some time, and one appeared for the right price, and even in the right colour, on BMC's website. Easily arranged a visit and test drive, and even though Emmanuel was rushed off his feet he still got me a coffee while I waited which was appreciated. Car was cleanly presented and I was able to take a decent drive which confirmed it was just what we wanted. Arranged a nice and hassle free collection a week later and two months later my wife (who the car is for) is really happy with it and we're grateful for the good service received. Happy to recommend to anyone else, Emmanuel and colleagues all very friendly and helpful.

Great experience purchasing my new car, bought a Volvo v40 cross country, the service I received was first class. I travelled 4 hours to collect the car and it was well worth the trip. The vehicle itself is exactly what I had hoped for. I had the worst experience when I bought my previous car from another garage so I was very nervous but after seeing the decicaton the team put in to their work and being shown the vehicle and paperwork I am very happy to have chosen Brooke mot centre. I must admit I cannot fault Brooke MOT Centre for their level of service. I purchased a Volvo C70 from them at the end of May and they have been most helpful throughout, particularly throughout the challenging times we've faced. I had a couple of small issues with the car initially, but the guys bent over backwards to rectify and have the car in tip-top shape for me. Jason even kindly sourced a missing key protector for the drivers door and had it sprayed and installed. I will happily be using the guys at Brooke MOT for forthcoming servicing and MOTs and if needed in the future, another car from them.
