2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or purchasing a vehicle from us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These terms and conditions apply to all vehicle sales, MOT and servicing bookings, and enquiries made through our website or in person at our dealerships.
3. Vehicle Descriptions and Pricing
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that vehicle descriptions, specifications, mileage figures and pricing displayed on our website are accurate at the time of publication. However:
- Vehicle details are subject to change without notice
- Images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact specification of the vehicle
- Mileage figures are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing
- Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the price of any vehicle at any time prior to a purchase being completed. If a pricing error is identified we will contact you as soon as possible and you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your enquiry.
VAT
All vehicle prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Vehicle Sales
Condition of Vehicles
All vehicles are sold as used unless otherwise stated. We recommend that you inspect any vehicle in person before purchase. We are happy to arrange a viewing and test drive at your convenience.
Warranty
All vehicles are sold with a minimum 3 month warranty. Extended warranty options of 6, 12 and 24 months are also available. Full details of warranty terms and conditions will be provided at the point of sale.
In Person and Distance Sales
We sell vehicles both in person at our dealerships and remotely. Where you purchase a vehicle remotely (without visiting us in person) the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply and you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of taking delivery of the vehicle without giving any reason.

Where you cancel a distance sale we will arrange collection of the vehicle and issue a full refund within 14 days of collection, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as delivered.
Consumer Rights
Where you purchase a vehicle as a consumer (not for business purposes), you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In particular:
- You have the right to reject a vehicle with a fault within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund
- Between 30 days and 6 months, if a fault develops we will have one opportunity to repair or replace the vehicle before you can claim a refund
- After 6 months, the burden of proof shifts to you to demonstrate the fault was present at the time of purchase
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
5. Deposits
We offer two types of deposit to secure a vehicle:
Viewing Deposit — £99
A viewing deposit of £99 reserves your chosen vehicle for up to 48 hours to allow you to arrange a viewing. This deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase following your viewing.
Full Reservation Deposit — £240 (£200 + VAT)
A full reservation deposit of £240 (£200 + VAT) reserves your vehicle and we will remove it from all advertising and arrange any required MOT and service preparation.
This deposit is non-refundable as we incur costs in removing the vehicle from media and carrying out preparation work. However we may at our discretion offer a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
The full deposit is applied against the purchase price on completion of the sale.
6. Part Exchange
We accept part exchange vehicles subject to the following conditions:
- All part exchange valuations are estimates only and are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle
- The final part exchange value will be confirmed upon inspection and may differ from any initial estimate provided
- The vehicle must be accurately described at the time of valuation — any discrepancy in condition, mileage or history may result in a revised valuation
- The part exchange vehicle must be free from any outstanding finance unless otherwise agreed
- You must be the registered keeper and legal owner of the part exchange vehicle
7. Finance
Brooke MOT Centre Ltd is a credit broker and not a lender. We are Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. FCA No: 680685
Finance is subject to status and is available to UK residents aged 18 and over. Other offers may be available but cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.
We work with a number of carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders.
We typically receive a fixed commission calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow for introducing you to a lender. This commission does not affect the interest rate charged on your finance agreement — all rates are set by the lender.
You have the right to request information about any commission we receive in connection with your finance agreement.
Finance agreements are subject to the lender's own terms and conditions. Please ensure you read and understand these before signing any finance agreement.
8. MOT and Servicing
MOT testing and servicing is carried out at our Brooke Garage site on Norwich Road, Brooke, NR15 1AB.

- We will provide a written estimate before carrying out any work beyond the booked service
- We will not carry out additional work without your prior consent
- All work is carried out by trained technicians
- We accept no liability for any pre-existing faults or conditions not related to the work carried out

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
